Our Executive Search division specializes in recruiting top and mid-level management, as well as professional non-management specialists for direct hire for assignments in Mexico, the United States, Canada and Latin America. Many of our candidates are culturally diverse, speak several languages, and have either U.S., Mexican, or foreign nationalities. A typical search could be for an Automotive Tier 1 client based in Detroit or Tokyo but seeking to start-up a manufacturing operation in Monterrey, Mexico or a sales / service center in San Antonio, Texas and is seeking to hire its initial Management team including: Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Controller, Human Resources, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering Manager. Another typical search could be a consumer products company seeking to hire Vice President and General Managers for its operations, Sales, HR, and Finance areas for its Latin America, corporate headquarters in Mexico City or Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Our fees are employer paid. We have a Retained Division and a Contingency Division.
