Description:

·      Responsible for continuously improving business processes, creating and leading a strategy plan to meet future process state.

·      Ensure all personnel under responsibility follows company policies, procedures, safety rules and GMP.

·      Staffing of key personnel to ensure goals and metrics are achieved.

·      Identifies issues and provides solutions to plant management.

·      Oversees that resources are optimized, providing the leadership for continuous improvement in product quality, customer service and cost.

·      Ensures that all activities within business units, warehouse and maintenance are completed on a timely manner.

·      Mentoring and developing personnel under responsibility.

·      Responsible for maintaining an organization in compliance with Quality System Regulations and all applicable Standards.

·      Responsible to align areas of responsibility with the plant strategic objectives and 3-tear plan.

Candidate Specifications:

·      Experience in Manufacturing, scheduling and material management.

·      Working knowledge of Mexican labor law, GMP, ISO, and safety regulations.

·      Strong working knowledge of world-class principles, lean 6-Sigma techniques, their application and implementation.

·      Ability to read and analyze financial reports and variances.

·      Strong project management skills

·      Bachelor’s degree.

·      At lease 5 years experience in progressive management or leadership positions.

·      At least 5 years experience in manufacturing of medical products.

·      English and Spanish communication 100%
