Our client is a global leading software application company recognized for providing services to the world’s most demanding technology environments with the best customer satisfaction.

 

Position directs and oversees assigned regional sales and provides direction and oversight for the following:

 

·         Sales Representatives

·         Region Marketing team

·         Partners w/ Director of Customer Management and Sales Support

·         Region business/operating planning and deal pricing

·         Regional sales quotas

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Directs and oversees assigned Region sales activities. 
  • Attracts hires and manages necessary sales and sales support resources.
  • Provides strategic and operational direction and plans for Regions sales quota and revenue attainment.
  • Manages margin/profitability targets and ensures that sales forecasts are consistent with the operating plan and annual budget. 
  • Provides training and expertise to the sales organization to develop the pipeline and close new business. 
  • Ensures appropriate pricing strategies and plans for each product for assigned Region.  
  • Partners w/ Professional Services Leader to assure customer profitability of all implementation services projects. 
  • Partners with channel marketing team in the definition of market opportunity for all existing and new revenue opportunities. 
  • Defines the optimal customer management “model” to manage key accounts and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while optimizing specific client opportunities. 
  • Works with Global/Region FP&A to ensure P&L’s are built for all key accounts. 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems or 10 years related experience, MBA highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 10+ years experience in a Sales Management position.
  • 10+ years experience in the financial industry selling “enterprise software” solutions.
  • Proven experience establishing customer base in the Mexico with financial institutions.
  • Strong channel management experience.
  • Ability to travel 50%.
