Job Description:

World Class Company is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer - Molding, for its Tijuana facility.  This opening is for a Manufacturing Engineer that will provide support to the entire Manufacturing area and will lead it to a higher level of performance.  Individual will be responsible for selecting equipment, estimating jobs, processing jobs, and teaching operators to set-up jobs.  Individual will be expected to design and implement training programs to upgrade the skills of the operators. Individual will be expected to lead in the development of standardized work for the set up and operation of the machines in the department.  
       
Skills/Qualifications:

- Qualified candidate will MUST have a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in molding in order to qualify. 

- MUST know how to handle all aspects of molding, repairs, design, temperature, etc.

- Individual must be able to select equipment, estimate jobs, process jobs, and teach operators to set up jobs. 

- Individual must know Six Sigma principles.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
