Description:

Metal products manufacturer is seeking for a seasoned Process & Quality Engineering Manager for its Monterrey Mexico facility. The incumbent will need to create processes and document them, will also be responsible for quality systems and control.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience on metal mechanic environment.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Black Belt certified or training (proven with projects)
• B.S. in Engineering
• Proven experience with value added / value engineering methodology
• At least 3 years of experience as quality assurance manager or quality control manager or related experience.
• Proven experience with lean practices, layout transformation, P&L, kaizen events
• Proven experience with Lean Practices, layout transformation, P&L, Kaizen events
• Proven experience using SPC, TPM, Root Cause Analysis, modeling tools and the 7 Diamonds methodology
• Must have experience working with heavy fabrication type of processes.
