Job Description:

Objective:

Leads  Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce, get aligned with Sector and Corporate HR requirements  to be followed and implemented in own site

Functions:

  • Responsible  for Implement and ensure application of IR  HR  Talent Acquisition Processes to attract and hire top talent , from man power planning to new employee assimilation process
  • Partnership with Leadership Team to ensure employees have the best possible work conditions , constantly monitor engagement  proposing and implement action plans to  bring these site to be employer of choice in local market
  •  Work with Leadership Team to create performance management culture where internal equity and recognition are key enablers. Implements recognition policy and procedures
  • Ensure high standards on employee assimilation by implementing IR Assimilation process, where highly evolvement of People Leaders , Leadership Team and HR Team  is expected making new employees assimilation an efficient transition for new employees
  • Ensure governance  of  HR Policy’s  , proposing evolution upgrades , maintain updated the HR Policy manual
  • Provide People Leaders and HR Team with the necessary tools to execute HR Processes efficiently, from system training to clarifying doubts, provide expertise. Ensure 100% implementation.
  •  Lead HR Strategy deployment in RS Monterrey site  and propose and participate with site Leadership team Sector HR to develop these  from HR organization  model and evolution , roles and responsibilities, HR approach ,  constantly monitors and update as necessary.
  • Create the strategy with Local Leadership and Sector HR and drive the necessary cultural change to create a Talent Stewardship Culture across People Leaders, using IR Talent Tolls and Change Management Tools.
  • Follow and implement  compensation and benefits process  to have healthy and accurate salary and benefits structure ,  ensure competitive salary and benefits position for Monterrey site by proposing , justifying and implement necessary changes
  • Development of a superior workforce by  create a highly efficient   talent management culture where People Leaders  identifies Talent and creates developmental opportunities for that talent, using IR Global Talent Management Model and Tools , ensure 100% data accuracy in Talent System and timely completion of each talent management steps, Facilitates and drives Talent events for Monterrey site and represent these site in Corporate Talent Management events
  • Responsible for the Human Resources department  performance by implement a seasonal assessment of role and responsibilities, gap analysis, talent review , competencies assessment , proactively ask for feedback  and create the strategy and plan to bring the HR Team to the next level
  • Implement and drive  HR Key Performance Indicators by get align with local Leadership Team and Sector HR  and drive  plan  development  and execution  have weekly, monthly , regional reviews , or as necessary , responsible to remove barriers to achieve targets
  • Ensure People Leaders and specially Leadership Team , is accountable for Employee Engagement  by provide expectations , support , and plan follow up
  • Represent IR with the  Union  making the relation smoothly , responsible of Union  contract Negotiation, works with site leadership , Sector HR , and Legal Department  to prepare and execute union contract strategy and negotiation, follow IR processes on Union matters
  • Responsible of  all HR Systems implementation and 100% data accuracy ( People Soft , TMS, Merit Tool, Hades etc )
  • Responsible for Head Count clarity and accuracy  partner responsibilities with local leaders ship on AOP HR accuracy
  • Prepares and administer HR Budget ensure is included and accurate updated in AOP
  • Responsible of develop yearly training need detection plan development and implementation
  • Responsible of introduce in Monterrey site the Global and sector IRHR Practices and Procedures,  represent these site in global process administration
  • Ensure IR values related to employees interaction are followed in site Teamwork , Respect , Integrity , and ensure all ethical matters are properly addressed , accountable of Code of Conduct and FCPA is properly understand and deployed in site , serves as and advisor and expert on these matters
  • Represent Monterrey on Labor Legal Matters , working with Sector and local legal department , haves the legal power of attorney to represent these site in Labor related matters , provide advice and ensure is 100% comply with Mexico Labor Legal requirements
  • Responsible of all HR data kipping and accuracy , employees files , training files , and comply whit  ,Mexico legal requirement for employee data keeping
  • Represent Monterrey on Labor department audits ensure these site comply 100% with requirements
  • Ensure all Immigration requirements are 100% according to law , maintains relation with Monterrey immigration office

Organizational Position

Reports to Monterrey Plant Manager and Residential Solutions Director.

Requirements:

·         Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training and development.

·         Above average oral and written communication skills.

·         Proficient oral and written English communication skills.

·         Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members.

·         Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the Leadership team that provides company leadership and direction.

·         Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company SLT.

·         Experience in the development and administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.

·         Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

·         Excellent organizational skills.

Education and Experience

·         Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.

·         Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.

·         Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations,  training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.

·         Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.

·         Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management.

Travel Requirements

One or 2 per Month travel to other IR Sites in Mexico and U.S. must have Mexico Passport and U.S. Visa
