Job Description:

Human Resource Manager will oversee a 1000 employee manufacturing plant in Cd. Juarez, Mexico and provide leadership to an HR staffing including employee relations, training & O.D., recruiting and staff, compensation and benefits, pre-payroll and general affairs. Will be challenged with improving employee satisfaction and drive corporate HR initiatives. Position reports to Plant Manager and dotted line to corporate V.P. of HR.

Qualifications:

• Experience as HR Manager in a large manufacturing plant in Mexico.
• Human Resource generalist background. Strong management background.
• Familiarity with Juarez is strongly preferred.
• Must be a good listener, resilient, assertive, and possess a strong character.
• Must have solid emotional intelligence and be diplomatic. Able to work under stress.
• Able to influence upstream & downstream.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
