Description:

Our client a global leader seeks an Operations Manager to drive performance and improve metrics in its Tijuana Manufacturing Plant. Operations Manager supervises production area leaders (2), engineering, maintenance, quality, and materials. Must improve on-time delivery, quality and cost targets for the plant. Position reports to Plant Manager.

Requirements:

·         Operations Management experience in a Manufacturing Plant in Mexico. Prefer metal-mechanical background.

·         Excellent leadership skills and communication skills are required.

·         Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience is required.

·         Polishing, machining, finishing, and/or plating experience a plus.

·         A stable record of career progression is required.

·         Fluent in English and Spanish.

·         Bachelor degree is required. Engineering degree preferred.

·         Must be very driven, self-motivated, and a skilled mentor.
