Description:
Our client is a world class giant who seeks seeks a Human Resource Manager for its large manufacturing operations. The HR manager will be directly responsible for employee relations, recruitment and selection at all levels, and training and organizational development. Key focus will be on employee relations, improving manufacturing work environment and employee satisfaction, developing high performance teams, managing scorecards, increasing bench strength, and improving HR service levels to its internal clients. HR manager will supervise an HR team and will develop HR strategies. Position reports to a Mexico HR Director. Position has a career path development of at least one level above this position.
Qualifications:
· Must have a solid HR generalist background with at least 8 years of overall Human Resource experience. Previous experience as a Manager, preferably as a human resource manager. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
· Must have strong expertise in employee relations, and Mexico labor law. Also require experience in recruitment, and training.
· Familiarity with Mexicali is a plus.
· Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish.
· Proficient with HR Software.
· Bachelor degree required
· Must be assertive, results-oriented, a good problem solver and possess strong leadership skills
· Must be able to think out of the box.
· Ideal candidate will come from a highly structured corporate environment (i.e. Fortune 500 company), and be very dynamic, hands-on and with excellent communication skills capable of growing to a Director level.
