Description:
· Establish with the CNC engineers the productions and quality standards.
· Create the budget and cost control to the CNC department.
· Supervise the recording data systems for types quantities, specifications and delivery dates for all products ordered.
· Directs to all the people to work in a safe manner, observing the workplace, safety rules, practices, work instructions and procedures.
· Develop together the engineer the prints, process sheet, works instructions, and controls plans.
· Setup tooling and work holding; develop setup support documentation for CNC equipment.
· Establish the CNC programs that meet both internal and customer requirements.
Requirements:
· CNC programs include but are not limited to those required for machines activities (machine tools), materials handling (robotics), logic controls (plcīs), and measuring systems (automatic gages), fixtures.
· Strong knowledge to make adjust machine tools as required for a normal operation and test operations.
· Understand and use the appropriate measuring equipment as required, ability to develop and specify measuring systems appropriate for both a new existing applications.
· Coordinate the project requirements, procurement, maintenance, shipping and quality control depts.
· Responsible to optimize the effective utilization of both human and equipment resources.
· Focus all activities with the goal of helping to develop and maintain manufacturing process.
· Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts:
o Fractions, percentage, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
o Statistics concepts, probability and statistical inference.
· Plane and solid geometry, advanced trigonometry and algebra.
· Ability to detect and solve problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to take a decision.
· Ability to interpret an extensive an extensive variety of technical instruccions in mathematical or diagrams.
· Knowledge of ppapīs, spcīs, 8dīs, lean manufaturing and six sigma.
· Excellent in manages people and communication skills.
· Bilingual English / Spanish.
