Description:

Our client is a major connector and harness manufacturer and global leader with over $10 billion in sales who seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to provide leadership to a team of 20 people in a manufacturing plant with over 500 employees in Nogales, Mexico.

·         Will lead project transference from USA to Mexico

·         Will drive lean manufacturing

·         Improve process flow to be more continuous

·         Improve metrics

Position reports to Director of Operations.

Requirements:

·         At least 4 years of experience as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and over 10 years manufacturing experience

·         Lean manufacturing strength is required

·         Strong project transference experience (product and processes)

·         Connector or harness experience, or aerospace a plus. Metal mechanic experience required

·         Strong leadership is required

·         Fluent in English / Spanish

·         Bachelor degree in Engineering. Prefer mechanical engineering.

·         Plating experience is a plus
