Description:

Worldwide leader in the manufacturing of high volume consumer products is seeking for a seasoned Facilities Manager for its Tijuana facility. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of facilities maintenance, such as sub-stations, hazardous residues, HVAC, painting, etc.

Requirements:

·         At least 10 years of experience as Facilities Manager for a 200,000 sq. ft. + facility.

·         Strong leadership, proven honesty and communication skills.

·         Able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

·         Results and metrics oriented, with Lean Manufacturing knowledge.

·         Six Sigma knowledge is a big plus.

·         Experience with contractors and external vendors.

·         Bilingual in English / Spanish.

·         B.S. in Engineering.
