Description:
Our client is a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies and is seeking a Mexico Customer Service Manager based at their Tijuana and/or Monterrey, Mexico branch.
Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of Tijuana and upcoming Monterrey Customer Service Departments
· "Hands–on” involvement in all aspects of Customer Service (CS calls, CS helpline, Training)
· Schedule, motivate & lead a team of 6 customer service personnel in a fast-paced environment
· Assist in setting & monitoring performance standards
· Review daily & weekly reports to make recommendations to improve productivity & efficiencies
· Audit department staff & processes
· Provide daily phone support by taking calls
Requirements:
· Bilingual (English / Spanish) required - 100% in both verbal & written forms
· Strong communication, organizational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task
· Must be an active participant in a “hands-on” work environment
· 5 years prior Customer Service Management experience, preferably in a call center environment
· Prior MS Office experience
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Must be able to travel to the United States for extended training at various facilities (1 - 3 months)
· Frequent travel will be required between Tijuana and Monterrey branches
Note: This position is based in Tijuana Mexico. My client is open to consider candidates that reside in the San Diego area and commute daily.
