Description:
The Regional Marketing Coordinator- will be responsible for marketing efforts in Mexico, providing support to Regional Sales Manager. Our company is a global leader in software to manage, update and maintain system infrastructure.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate lead and demand generation activities such as seminars, conferences, roadshows, etc.
- Strong experience in outbound calling to prospective clients and leads.
- Prepare information, edit content and materials for submittals, presentations and additional marketing objectives.
- Launch marketing campaigns for new products.
- Public relations point of contact, for product branding with opinion leaders.
- Manage third party marketing firms and vendors.
- Participate in trade shows.
- Coordinate marketing special events, select and coordinate PR agencies.
- Prepare status reports on project updates, marketing efforts, event schedules and prospects.
- Conduct post-sale surveys for quality purposes.
- Execute field marketing events and webinars.
- Develop marketing campaigns for software solutions companies.
- Required knowledge of Google PPC campaigns.
- Develop and manage website content.
- Manage marketing budget and work directly with suppliers such as marketing agencies, media, event vendors, hotels, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum five years of marketing experience.
- Proven record of successful launching of marketing campaigns, develop and execute a marketing strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred knowledge in HTML, Photoshop, Power Point.
- Design/presentation software experience, managing and posting web content.
- Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated individual.
- Experience in managing Google PPC campaigns.
