Description:

Worldwide leader in the manufacturing and metallic products is seeking for a maintenance and facilities general supervisor for its Monterrey facility. The incumbent will be responsible for production equipment maintenance, preventive and predictive routines, facilities maintenance and vendors relations.

Qualifications:

·         At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

·         Very strong knowledge of heavy duty equipment maintenance and 300,000 sq. ft. facilities

·         Knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, six sigma and related tools

·         Proven leadership, able to work in a fast pace environment

·         Bilingual in English / Spanish

·         B.S. in Engineering
