Training
& Development Consulting
Our training programs
are custom designed with a particular awareness to Mexico’s business
culture and to multicultural working environments. Our programs are
aimed at changing concepts, skills and attitudes of people, improving
performance, and safeguarding a healthy return on investment. We have
created a Global Training System to identify and develop the key
competencies needed to empower employees and increase their
productivity. An evaluation of training effectiveness is included in the
programs. We have also added a cultural adaptation program aimed at educating on Mexico business culture and practices and
integrating different cultures doing business in Mexico such as
American, Japanese and European. Some of the most popular programs are
on Leadership, Supervisory Skills, Behavioral Style Interviewing
Techniques, Customer Service and 360° Assessments.
Outplacement Services
Our
Mexico outplacement programs are designed to help ease the transition of
terminated employees to a new exciting career. They are provided through Challenger, Gray & Christmas, America’s first, oldest and premier
outplacement organization. For this purpose we have created Challenger,
Gray & Christmas S.C. in Mexico and have opened offices on the
Tijuana/San Diego border along with Mexico City. Our programs include
pre-termination consultation to the company, employee counseling at
termination, outplacement training (this phase includes: career search
techniques, “one-of-a-kind” resume development, and interview training), and
continued counselor support until the successful career transition.
