We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Country Sales Manager to lead our client’s sales efforts in the United States. As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, eventually building a high-performing sales team, and expanding market presence across key regions. This position presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s success in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and capture market share in the United States.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop expansion plans while forging robust relationships with essential clients and partners to enhance sales potential.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact the Firearms industry in the US.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, acting as a brand ambassador, and fostering business relationships.


  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the firearms industry.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset (Self driven, Resilient, Adaptable, Resourceful)
  • In-depth knowledge of the US firearms industry, including market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, including market expansion plans and sales process optimization.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
