Candidates should have a strong background in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and design-for-manufacturing best practices, along with practical experience in automation technologies such as robotics, vision systems, or digital twins.
Familiarity with CAD, statistical process control tools, and manufacturing execution systems (MES) is expected.
