THE POSITION
The mission of this role is to continue building the Bank’s position as a leader in providing unparalleled personal service through creative financial solutions that are designed for our US and International clients.
As a key member of the team, you will:

• Offer innovative financial solutions to meet complex client needs.
• Generate new business through lead screening and relationship building.
• Develop and manage the Ex-Im Bank loan portfolio, lease discount loans, and loans for binational/export-oriented firms.
• Create comprehensive credit memorandums for Loan Committee presentations.
• Assist in branch operations, marketing, management reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain an upbeat, service-driven bank culture.
• Represent the bank in industry groups, press relations, and investment activities.

THE CANDIDATE

• A minimum of five years of proven success in a comparable client-facing position within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with international clientele in a private banking capacity
• Demonstrated success in client service, leadership, problem solving, technical skills, and business acumen.
• Ability to develop strategies to achieve goals, analyze market and competition, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, experience in managing people, and commitment to quality and organizational support.
• Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Word Processing, advanced Spreadsheet, and accounting software.
