THE POSITION
As the Account Manager for Costa Rica, you will lead B2B and Distribution sales and drive the expansion of our client’s presence within the country’s industrial market. You will:
- Develop and manage key relationships with distributors and channel partners
- Lead technical, consultative sales efforts tailored to the industrial sector
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
- Provide market insights, manage pipelines, and report to regional leadership

THE CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in the industrial or bioscience sector.
- Strong background in managing and growing sales through distributors and channel partners.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and achieve targets consistently.
- Well-established network in Costa Rica’s industrial life science sector.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, with a desire to move into LATAM regional management.
- Knowledge of technical sales, industrial hygiene, or life science applications is preferred.
