THE POSITION
The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a vital leadership role in driving people-focused strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, guiding the development of a positive organizational culture through open communication and engagement.
- Lead the design and implementation of compensation strategies that ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, while participating in salary surveys and aligning with corporate policies.
- Oversee performance management processes that foster continuous feedback, employee growth, and accountability.
- Manage and enhance employee benefit programs with a focus on employee well-being and retention.
- Lead and optimize full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement through thoughtfully designed motivation programs, recognition events, and community involvement initiatives.
- Lead the training and development function—from needs analysis to program delivery—ensuring ongoing skill development and regulatory compliance.
- Guide labor relations efforts and represent the company in interactions with labor authorities and government agencies.
- Actively contribute to the development of long-term HR strategies that support the business’s evolution and cultural transformation.
THE CANDIDATE
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree in Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in building trust, fostering collaboration, and managing through influence in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Mexican labor law compliance.
