Sr Director of Manufacturing

POSITION OVERVIEW

We have been retained to search for an exceptional Senior Director of Manufacturing. Our client is a publicly traded medical device company that is undergoing aggressive growth and as a result is seeking to add to its leadership team. The currently have a state of the art manufacturing plant in Tijuana, Mexico and they seek a Senior Director of Manufacturing to lead the Tijuana Site as it continues to ramp up and transfer additional product.  The Senior Director of Manufacturing is responsible for driving continuous and significant improvements in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital for the Tijuana, Mexico plant. This will be achieved by developing a world class organization by methodically balancing tactical execution and strategic objectives.  

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English / Spanish) seasoned Medical Device Director of Manufacturing / Senior Plant Manager who is a self-starter that exhibits good judgment, is extremely personable, puts their people first and can lead the organization with minimal instruction/intervention.
